If this is your pet, the following must be completed to ensure PETtrac can contact you if your pet goes missing:

Publish Your Pet's Profile: Login and navigate to the 'Pets & Account Holder' tab. Select 'Update' under the 'Action' column for the pet. Scroll down to 'Publish My Pet's Profile', and click the checkbox. Then click save.

We'll immediately get in touch with this pet's family on your behalf. Your contact information will be shared with this pet's family to expedite their reunion.
